William "Bill" Devon Bailey

William "Bill" Bailey, passed away on August 2, 2018 at the age of 66. Bill was an excellent musician, artist, and was a custom woodworker creating beautiful frames at Little House on Linden Art Gallery in Homewood as well as The Framing Shops around Birmingham. He is predeceased by Parents, James Alan and Juanita Bailey. Brother: Bruce Bailey and sister Anita Bailey Meeks. Survivors include his ex-wives: Judy E. Pandelis and Paula Bailey. Sons: Alan H. Bailey and William James Pandelis. Daughters: Devona P. Hampton (Luke) and Dana M. Fuller (Michael). Also survived by six grandchildren and one sister: Leah Morris. Graveside services will begin tomorrow at noon. Everything will be held under the big blue awning in the Veteran's Garden. Due to the extreme heat we will begin at 12:00 PM sharp.
