Silas Wesley Gay, 67 of McCalla, Alabama passed away January 10, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Mildred Gay; brothers, Bobby Gene Gay and Billy Joe Gay. He is survived by his wife, Mona Moore Gay; sons, Nathan Wayne Gay (Amanda), Jonathan Gay (Cindy); daughters, Rachel Gay; nine grandchildren; sister, Connie McMahon (DeWayne); brothers, Steve Loftis (Debbie), David Gay (Shelia), Paul Gay (Elaine) and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Rev. Chris Sansing and Pastor Shaylon Sharp officiating.
