Robert Daniel "Danny" Parsons

Robert "Danny" Daniel Parsons, 58 of Bessemer, passed away August 20, 2024. He was an avid football fan and loved Auburn Football. He was an Offensive Tackle (#74) with Oak Grove High School's 1983 State Championship team. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Denolah Inez Parsons. He is survived by his brother, John D. Parsons (Susan); sister, Monica J. Parsons; cousin, Kim Strickland; nieces and nephews, Marlee, Paul and Maggie; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 31, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Memorial service will begin at 2:00 PM.
