Robert Fred Mcree

Robert Fred McRee, 51 of Hueytown, passed on March 28, 2025. He attended Lee's Chapel Baptist Church in Gardendale for many years. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Fred McRee; sister, Myra Brakefield; brother, Eddie Honeycutt; nephew, Shane Brakefield; and sister-in-law, Vickie Honeycutt. Robert is survived by his mother, Alvertis McRee; sisters, Eunie Posey, Joanie Taylor (David) and Lisa Carmichael (David); brothers, Douglas Honeycutt (Celeste) and Chris McRee; nephew, Nathan Brakefield; furry friend, Tater; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the chapel. Burial will follow service in the adjoining cemetery. Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home is honored to serve the McRee family during their time of bereavement.
