Rick B. Mullins, II, 38 of Vance, Alabama passed away April 25, 2022. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tom Mullins and Sue Smith; maternal grandfather, Johnny Farley; uncle, Tommy Farley. He is survived by his wife, Samantha Mullins; son, Wesley Brian Mullins; daughters, Kerrigan Faith Mullins, Eden Gracie Mullins, Paisley Rhian Mullins; parents, Roderick "Rod" and Tammy Mullins; brothers, Michael Mullins, Raymond Martinez; maternal grandmother, Linda Farley. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 1, 2022 .at 1:00 p.m. at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel at Chapmanville, WV, with Greg Dalton and Jerry Mann officiating. Burial will follow in the Dalton Cemetery at Little Harts, WV. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 5:00 PM at Adger Church of God, 7336 Johns Road, Adger, Alabama 35006.
