Rhonda Gail Acker
November 18, 1956 — February 6, 2025
Rhonda Gail Acker, 68 of West Blocton, passed away February 6, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruth Yeager; her husband of 16 years, Gary Acker; daughter, Olivia Ann Parten; and brother, Michael Yeager. She is survived by her sisters, Marsha D. Abbett and Elaine Y. Moody (Fred); brother, Ralph "Doug" Yeager (Regina); BFFs, Patricia, Debbie and Tina; and fur baby, Ladybug; numerous nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
Rhonda loved the Lord and had a strong faith. She was a member of Canaan Baptist Church in Bessemer (Morgan Rd). She started the Facebook group "Prayer Request & Answered Prayer/Praise Reports" which currently has 981 members. She never met anyone without giving them a "Jesus loves you and I do too!"
Rhonda will be missed by all who knew her. Private Celebration of Life will be planned at a later time. Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home is honored to serve the Acker family during their time of bereavement. Condolences and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.pattersonfuneralhomes.com .
