Rachel Canant Long

Rachel Canant Long, 49, of Pleasant Grove, passed away October 7, 2021. A longtime member of First Baptist Church Pleasant Grove and former kindergarten teacher. She is preceded in death by her parents, Orman Glenn and Jackie McBrayer Canant. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Daniel Hugh Long; sons, Jacob H. Long and Samuel "Sam" Long; sister, Natalie Rash (Allen); brother, David Canant; niece, Ella Canant; nephews, Cody Canant, Glen Canant and Logan Rash; in-laws, Hugh Thomas and Billie Long; furry friend, Dixie; and many other relatives and friends. Memorial service has been planned for Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church Pleasant Grove.
