Phyllis E Perkins

Phyllis E. Perkins, 74 of Birmingham, Alabama passed away May 10, 2023. Her faith in God was stalwart. She was a fighter and a survivor. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald Perkins. She is survived by her sons; Chris Perkins, Alan Ragsdale(Angie), Charles Garrett(Jessica); brothers, Ricky Chapple, Johnny Chapple, Curtis Chapple, Fred Chapple. She has many beautiful grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, May 15, 2023, 12:00PM-1:00PM with the funeral service beginning at 12:00PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
