Patricia "Pat" Deason

Patricia “Pat” Deason, 69 of Adger, Alabama gained her wings October 15, 2022. Visitation will be Thursday, October 20, 2022 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home officiated by Reverend Wayne Turley and Reverend TJ Millican. Burial will follow at Adger Cemetery in Adger, Alabama.
Pat retired from the Jefferson County School system where she was a handicap bus aide that loved, and loved working with, children that came onto her bus through the years. She was a devoted and beloved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all. She was a member of Adger Church of God of Adger, AL where she served as the Ladies Ministries President for many years and a Sunday school teacher known as ‘Aunt Pat’ to many. She enjoyed spending time with her family, all things chocolate and never missed a chance to sing happy birthday. She had a servant’s heart and loved deeply.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Aline Clark Evans; brothers, Rick Evans and Jim Evans.
She is survived by her sons, Jamie Deason (Lindsay) and Andy Deason (April); grandchildren, Tannah Shadwick (Kaleb), Brock Deason and Gabriel Deason; sister, Gwen Sims (Dennis) and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
