Patricia Chance passed away on April 25, 2018 at the age of 74. Arrangements are set for Monday, April 30, 2018 with the visitation beginning at 11:00 AM and the Funeral
at 1:00 pm. Services will be held at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home and burial will be at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens following the service. Patricia was preceded in death by her Parents; Hezzie and Lela Key. Her husband; Kirt Chance. Great Grandson; Jayden Brodie Allen. Two sisters; Margaret Oliver and Louise Bayne. Survivors include her daughter; Pamela Thomas (Kenny). Sisters; Brenda Upton (James) and Glenda Salter (John). Granddaughter; Sommer Allen (Cody). Great grandchild; Grayson Allen. Also survived by numerous family, friends and other loved ones. Patricia was a member of Smithville Baptist Church and Pastor Mike Simpson will be officiating the services.
