Neil E. "Poppa" Mccluskey
February 21, 1939 — March 20, 2024
Neil McCluskey, age 85 of Pleasant Grove, Alabama passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, which was also his bride’s birthday. He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Barbara Ann McCluskey, his parents Irwin Neil & Hazel McCluskey, and his granddaughter Harley Quinn Beck.
He is survived by his sons, Jimmy McCluskey & Mike McCluskey (Joniqua), also a Bonus Son Johnny Newman (Carol); grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob, Samuel, Hannah, Jesslyn & Sarah McCluskey; sister, Janice Stone and a host of nieces & nephews.
A celebration of life will be Thursday March 28, 2024. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 PM with the service beginning at 2:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Bro. Gary Tankersley officiating.
