Michael Bryan Moody, Sr

Michael Bryan Moody, of Birmingham, age 61, passed away October 5, 2021. Mike went to Jones Valley High School. Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Stafford Moody; parents, William Ray and Clara C. Moody; brother, William Ray (Bill) Moody, Jr.; grandparents, William Lester and Mary Jane Moody, Joseph Julius and Clara Bruce Beumer. He is survived by his son, Michael B. Moody, Jr. of Birmingham; sister, Pamela Moody Ellis; niece, Stephanie Wheat (Mike); great niece, Taylor Rae Wheat; nieces, Ashley Kincaid and Kristin Moody; several cousins, other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Oasis Hospice (Katie) and New Beacon Hospice (Misty, Kim, Vonda and Rhonda) for their loving care of Mike. Family request in lieu of flowers, please make donations to Oasis or New Beacon Hospice Companies. Graveside service will be Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Currie-Jefferson Memorial Gardens (Hwy 150). Rev. Ken Daniels officiating.
