Martha Sue Reaves

Martha Reaves, age 82, of Wilsonville, AL passed away peacefully on May 16, 2024. She was a lifelong member of Edgewater Methodist Church, where she loved to teach Sunday School and sing in the choir.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Gladys Coe and her sister, Shirley Sherrill.
She is loved and survived by her husband of 57 years, Richard L. Reaves; brother, Gary Coe (Charlotte); sister, Debbie Posey; her two children, Richard Jones (Frances) and Carol Luna (Lloyd); grandchildren, Dane Blankenship (Michelle), Samantha Sharp (William), Cody Blankenship (Rianna) and Jacob Jones; 7 precious great grands and a host of nieces and nephews she loved dearly.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 20, 2024 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Edgewater Methodist Church with the funeral services, Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Rev. Jake Barrett, Rev Richard Mize and Rev. Carl Hall officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Edgewater Methodist Church, in Martha’s name.
