Mark Allen Johnson, of Adger, 58 years old, born on August 2, 1962. Departed this life July 6, 2021. He resided in Adger, AL. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Johnson; grandparents, Pelham and Mae Johnson and Frank and Marcelle Koberczky; granddaughter, Valerie Johnson; and nephew, Ray Wolfe. He is survived by his two children, Cory Johnson and Stephanie Smitherman (Shaun); his three grandchildren, Malachi Johnson, Kyndal Smitherman and Kailey Smitherman; his life partner, Lisa Barnhill; his mother, Gertrude Johnson; brother, Michael Johnson (Kathy); sisters, Necole Carter (Darryl) and Jessica Wolfe (Eddie); 7 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and great nephews; and many friends he considered family. Visitation will be Monday, July 12, 2021 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with burial in Mud Creek Baptist Cemetery. Rev. Terry Self officiating.
