Kelly H. Carroll,(The Mermaid Princess) 45 of Freeport, FL, passed away June 28, 2018. She is survived by her husband, David D. Carroll; daughter, Alexanderia Carroll; brother, Alex Carroll: grandchild, Baine Woodall; parents, Matthew and Doris Hitchcock; sister, Sandra Hitchcock and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a visitation on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home.
