John Wilson Woods, 58 of Bessemer, Alabama, passed away on December 1, 2024. John graduated from Pleasant Grove High School, Marion Military Academy and Jeff State Community College. He was employed by Penske truck Leasing as a buyer for 30+ years. He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby “Pete” R. Woods. He is survived by his mother, Linda M. Woods, and many other relatives and friends. Memorial service will be on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home at 11:00 AM.
