John Ramsey Edwards, Jr., 78 of Birmingham, passed away March 23, 2022. He was member of the American Legion Post 137 in Fairfield, Alabama. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Sara Edwards and grandson, Jeremy Thompson. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Elizabeth E. Arnold; son, John B. Edwards, Sr.; daughter, Michaele A. Anderson (Darren); grandchildren, Blake Thompson (Taylor), John B. Edwards, Jr., Nessy Edwards and Victor Edwards; great grandchildren, Kamerin Thompson, Rylan Thompson and Mason Starcher; brothers, Roddy E. Edwards (Sheila) and Joseph A. Giangrosso (Tim Tipton); special cousin, Larry Sullivan; a furry friend, Stretch II; a many other relatives and friends. No services are planned at this time.
