Jerry Wayne Cooper, 59, of Birmingham, AL, passed away March 21, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Alice Cooper. He is survived by his sons, Nathan Wayne Cooper; daughter, Layla Kay Coleman (Brit) and grandchildren, Isaiah and Elliana Coleman. Visitation will be Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Monday, March 26, 2018 at the funeral at 12:00 PM with burial to follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Pastor Larry Summeral officiating.
