Jerry "Mack" Brown

Jerry "Mack" Brown, 77 of Hueytown, Alabama passed away October 19, 2023. He was raised in Childersburg, Alabama. He attended Alabama School of Trade to learn HVAC and refrigeration. After school, he served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corp. Mack worked for Sears & Roebuck where he retired after 46 wonderful years. He loved playing golf and spending time with his wonderful, loving family. He is preceded in death by his father, Hugh Brown; mother, Eloise Bice; sister, Shirley Hawk. He is survived by his beautiful wife of 56 years, Kathie Brown; son Kevin(Crystal); grandchildren, Evan Mack Brown, Camryn Brown. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 25, 2023, 10:00AM-11:00AM with the funeral service beginning at 11:00AM at Earnest United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Earnest United Methodist Church.
