James Wilson Dickerson

James Wilson "Jimmy" Dickerson, 72 of Trussville, Alabama passed away October 25, 2023. Jimmy worked as a construction worker/ Project Manager and was a jack of all trades. He was always good at "Jimmy Rigging" things he was fixing. He loved to fish with his sons as they grew up. Jimmy spent a lot of his time playing his guitar and playing his music really loud which he passed down to his three sons who also love music with the same passion as their Dad. He always wanted to have a good time with friends and family. He is preceded in death by his father, James C. Dickerson; mother, Lois W. Kendrick; stepdad; Anthony W. Kendrick; son, Jessie Wayne Dickerson. He is survived by his beautiful wife of 44 years plus 10 years dating, Linda Dickerson; sons, Joshua Dickerson(Melissa), Jason Dickerson; daughter in love, Erin Elise Dickerson; sisters, Lois Diane Wade(Bill), Cora Jamise Purdue; brother, Duane Collins Dickerson. Pops leaves behind his beautiful grandchildren, R.J. Robenstein, Zoey Dickerson, Riley Dickerson, Wyatt Dickerson, Emma Dickerson, Aiden McLane, Declan Dickerson. No arrangements have been made at this time.
