Harry Joe Williams

Harry Joe Williams, 86 of Pleasant Grove, Alabama passed away June 30, 2024. He retired from UPS after 31 years of service. He was a long time member First Baptist of Pleasant Grove, AL. Along with being a master woodworker, he loved hunting, fishing, and helping with maintenance of the church buses. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, C.D. and Ollie Cantebury; siblings, Reuh Estes, Imogene Perry, Katherine Foster, Freddie Harris, Sally Heffner and Paul Williams. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Shirley Williams; daughters, Tracey Tucker (Dan), Linda Smith (Russ); grandchildren Shanna Cashatt, Drew Tucker (Crystal), Lindsay Chapman (Kyle), Logan Smith (Jackie Collins), Sidney Turner (Dillon); great grandchildren, Danna Tucker, Emma Tucker, Abby Tucker, Sadie Chapman, Kelci Chapman and Hunter Chapman and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, July , 2024 from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 4:00 PM. Rev. Daniel Wilson officiating.
