Elizabeth Carol Spangenberg, 77 of McCalla, AL passed away September 10, 2021. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert C. Salter; mother, Mary Ella Salter; sister, Sylvia Hobbs; brother, Robert c. Salter, Jr. "Buster". She is survived by her husband, Harold Dwight Spangenberg; son, Chad Land; daughter, Tyndl Land; sister, Robin Misso; grandchildren, Dr. Britiany Pierson-Perkins, Daniel Land Roberts, Noah Franklin Roberts; grandson-in-law, Josh Perkins; great granddaughter, Emma Lee Perkins; nephews, Breck and Ben Hobbs and nieces, Brandy Trammell Woodard and Nikki Trammel Atchison. step-son, Josh Spangenberg; step daughter, Heather Spangenberg; step grandchildren, Emily Payton, Dax Spangenberg and Ezra Spangenberg. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM in the Chapel at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Hueytown. A private burial will be held at Hickman Chapel Cemetery in McCalla.
