Doris Aldora Sampley

Doris Aldora Sampley, 88 of Bessemer, passed on December 3, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Essie Norwood; husband and father of her children, Earl Sampley; husband, Bill Loggins; sons, David E. Sampley and Timothy R. Sampley; daughters Susan Goggins and Sharon Brewer; grandchildren, Mac Fain, Steven Sampley and Eric Sampley; and great grandson, Cash Patterson. Doris is survived by her sons, Gary W. Sampley (Karen) and Terry R. Sampley (Norma); daughter, Margie Hyde (David); grandchildren, Misty Patterson (Gaither), Jeremy Sampley, Heather Scruggs (Matt), Brandy Christopher; Scotty McClanahan, Kevin Bullock, Brandon Finley, Shane Goggins (Kelli) and Kelly Goodwin; many loving, great-grandchildren; one brother, Bennie Norwood; and other relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 AM until the start of service.
