Donnie Ray Frederick, 64 of Mulga, Alabama passed away October 13, 2021. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Ernestine Frederick and brother, E.J. Frederick. He is survived by his daughter, Debra Zeanah (Chris Godsey); grandchildren, Destiny Zeanah, Zoey Mathews, Passion Mathews; sister, Lyn Thompson (Phillip); niece, Michelle Thompson; nephew, Randall Thompson (Sara); great niece, Loegan Blankenship; great nephews, Boston Thompson, O'Brian Huff, Drake Thompson; Simon Thompson. Visitation will be Monday, October 18, 2021, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
