Donald Lynn Perkins

Donald Lynn Perkins, 70 of Birmingham, passed away December 31, 2021. He was an avid Alabama fan and a die-hard Dale Earnhardt fan. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Nell Perkins and daughters, Tina Chapple Roberts and Tammy Gurley Shepherd. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Phyllis Chapple Perkins; sons, Alan Ragsdale, Charles Garrett (Jessica) and Christopher Perkins; brother, John; sisters, Betty Jo and Faye; best friend, Sable; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Rev.
