Donald Owen Mcdaniel

Donald Owen McDaniel, of Hueytown, passed away on December 18, 2020 at the age of 82. He retired from Yellow Freight after many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Flemmy and Sarah McDaniel; wife, Doris Bradley McDaniel; brother, Richard Francis; and sister, Myra Jean Ray. He is survived by his sons, Donald Ray McDaniel, Douglas Edward McDaniel (Jane) and Dennis Wayne McDaniel (Lisa); grandchildren, Donald Ray McDaniel, Jr., Joshua Allen McDaniel, Hollie Denise Harris (Jacob), Leslie Nicole Price (Colton), Ashlie Michelle Johnson (Anthony), Jared Wayne McDaniel (Jessie) Nathan Heath McDaniel, Jessica L. Reeves and Chase B. Hayes; great grandchildren, Jenny Nicole Price, Adalynn Grace Price, Owen Edward Price and one on the way; sister, Sarah Nell Varnon; brother, Robert E. McDaniel (Devon); and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Monday, December 21, 2020 from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM with burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. Rev. Michael Wallace officiating. Social Distancing and masks are required.
