Devon Chase Kirchner- Hamaker

Devon Chase Kirchner Hamaker was born September 16, 1993 and passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023 at age 29. When Devon tippy toe walked into a room with that big smile and a bear hug, no one could ever anticipate what was coming next. He was a unique roller coaster of giggles, laughs, tears, tantrums, fresh outfits, and totally random outbursts of “that’s crazy!” Devon is survived by his fiancée, Bethany Burnette; mother, Patsy Hamaker, father, Jason Kirchner, his sisters, Jessilyn and Jaida, brothers, JJ and Jayce, grandparents, Mary Ann (Nunna) and Billy (BB) Corley, Mike and Cindy Hamaker, Joanie (Nonnie) Mitchell, great grandmother, Joann Kirchner, uncles, Mickey, Joey, Kevin, Jim, and Dennis, aunts, Tanya, Amy, and Mandie; best friends and cousins, Duran, Myranda, Shane, Jeff, and Bethany, as well as a very large group of extended family and friends. Devon was a loving son, grandson, nephew, and friend and will be sorely missed. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023, from 2:00 to 3:00, with the graveside service beginning at 3:00. Burial will follow at Everlasting Light in the adjoining cemetery at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home, 1498 5th Avenue, Pleasant Grove, AL 35127. Pall bearers will be Shane Horton, Scott Johnson, Myranda Johnson, Mickey Hamaker, Joey Hamaker, Kevin Hamaker, and JoeJoe Hamaker.
