Vines; daughters, Cheyenne AC Vines, Sierra A.C. Vines; mother, Billie Vines; sisters, Linda Crowe, Kay Smith; brother, Jackie Vines. Visitation will be Friday, February 18, 2022 11:00 AM until service time beginning at 12:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Simpson officiating.
