Daniel Mark Stucky

Daniel Mark Stucky was born in Kingman, Kansas to Darrell and Annette Soft Stucky on November 24th 1959. Daniel reached the aged of 62. He was baptized upon his confession of faith in Jesus Christ and joined the 1st Mennonite Church in Pretty Prairie, Kansas; then transferred his membership to Shades Mountain Community Church in Hoover, Alabama. He attended Pretty Prairie High School and graduated from Southeastern Bible college in Birmingham, Alabama. A retired Tool & Die Designer and a lifelong fan of motorsports, Dan was a member of the Kentucky Drag Boat Association (KDBA) where he built and entered his own boat.

He is survived by his son, Stephen Stucky of Pelham, Alabama, mother Annette Stucky of Hutchinson, Kansas, brother Michael of Hutchinson, Kansas, nieces Sarah Stucky of Hutchinson, Kansas, Shelby Stucky of Newton, Kansas and uncle Stephen Soft of Pretty Prairie, Kansas.

Daniel was preceded in death by father Darrell Stucky, brother, David Stucky; paternal grandparents Leo and Matilda Stucky and maternal grandparents Delmar and Elva C. Soft.

The family appreciates your attendance at the celebration of his life that will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Dr. Rick Goertzen officiating.
