Cheryl Elizabeth Wood, of Bessemer, passed away on January 25, 2021 at the age of 63. She was a volunteer for over 20 years in the lunchroom at First Baptist Pleasant Grove. She is preceded death by her father, Coy W. Wood. She is survived by her mother, Billie Stone; sister, Jackie McBrayer (Roger); nieces, Natalie Rash (Allen) and Rachel Long (Daniel); nephews, David Canant, Andrew Wood (Bridget) and Stephen Wood; six great nieces and nephews and one great great niece. No services are planned at this time.
