Charles Edward Ballard, 84, of Bessemer, AL passed away August 27, 2018. He is survived by his daughters, Vicki Hutchins (Edgar), Renee Richardson (Kenneth); four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and sister, Ethel Mae Alvey. The visitation will be Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 10:00 - 10:45 AM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home with a graveside beginning at 11:00 AM at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
