On May 4th 2018 the world lost a precious soul. Chad Michael Hancock passed away at his home in Hueytown. With Chad being only 30 years of age, this has come a complete shock and devastation.
He is survived by his soulmate (Connie Shannon), daughter (Bella Hancock) and son (Devin Jacob Shannon), Parents; Michael & Tammy Hancock, Grandmother (Doris R. Field) Sisters (Tamara, Tracey, Megan,) brothers (Travis, Neil, Eric, Danny) and their spouses, many neices, nephews, and cousins.
For anyone that knows Chad personally I would like to add, what a remarkable life we can reminisce on for the hard days ahead. Chad has truly beat all odds and overcome obstacles that are unimaginable. I can’t express enough how strong he has been in facing his giants.
I speak for all of the family and friends in saying “We couldn’t have asked for a better person than you, for your unconditional love, your huge heart, all of the wonderful memories and laughs that were shared. We are all so proud of the man you have become and we are forever grateful for every earthly moment spent with you...so until we meet again, just know that you are loved by so many and will be missed by all.”
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. The funeral will begin at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with burial to follow in Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
