Carolyn Nelson Spiller

Carolyn Nelson Spiller, 90 was born on November 16, 1934 in Marion County, AL to Arthur Bryan Nelson and Lillian Pearl Myers Nelson. She worked at AT&T as a Customer Service Supervisor for 35 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Lonzo Spiller; her parents, Arthur and Lillian Nelson; sisters, Hazel Nelson, Willie Mae Kimbrell, Estell Strickland, Annel Spiller, Donnie Bell Doss, Flo Reynolds and her brothers, H.B. Nelson and Clyde Nelson.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy McFarland (Jerald) and her grandson, Mason McFarland (Catherine) and her brothers, Bob Nelson and Wayne Nelson and by her most beloved little companion, Sugar Bear.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 6:00 PM at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home. Pastor Larry Turner officiating. The family will be having a private burial at Alabama National Cemetery.
