Bobbie Blankenship Parker

Bobbie Blankenship Parker, of Hueytown, passed away June 11, 2021 at the age of 79. She was a longtime member of Pleasant Grove Assembly. She retired from Jim Walter Corp. after 21 years as a coal miner. She was a member of the United Mineworkers Association for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Benala Blankenship and all of her siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Lynne Sullivan (Tim). Visitation will be Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 10:00 until 11:00 AM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM with private burial, at a later time. Pastor Roger Hendon officiating.
