Betty Sue Motley

Betty Sue Motley, 82 of Hoover, Alabama (formerly of Pleasant Grove) passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles, Sr. and Lois Chambers; husband of 54 years, Joe Harold Motley; sisters, Nancy Chambers, Sylvia Latham, and Judy Topazi; brothers, Jackie Chambers and Patrick Chambers. She is survived by her daughter, Leigh Ann Motley; son, Steven Harold Motley; Godson, Michael Scott McDonald; grandchildren, Justin Motley and Conner Motley; brothers, Charles Chambers, Jr. (Libby), Gary Chambers (Elaine), Wayne Chambers, Don Chambers, James Chambers (Mylene) and Teddie Chambers; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Friday, November 19, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM with burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. Rev. Larry Turner officiating.
