Betty Mcdonald Moore

Betty McDonald Moore, of Birmingham, passed away August 19, 2021 at the age of 87. She was formerly a member of both Central Park Baptist Church and Fairfield Baptist Church before they closed. She and her husband owned the Moore Company (an independent insurance adjusting company). She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Flora McDonald; husband of 40 years, Doyle R. Moore; and brother, Lawrence McDonald. She is survived by her son, Ray Moore, II (Dianne); granddaughters, Lauren Moore and Marina Moore; sister, Elizabeth Upton (Billy); brother, Jud McDonald (Jean); numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be Monday, August 23, 2021 at 10:00 AM in Patterson Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Bro. Wayne Crocker officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Comfort Care Hospice, Pelham, Alabama.
