Albert Joseph Bores, Jr.

Albert Joseph Bores, Jr., age 90 of Adger, Alabama passed away March 25, 2021. He enlisted in the US Navy in 1946 and after serving there, he transferred to the US Army. After 35 years he retired from U.S. Steel and was a member of the Steel Workers Union in Fairfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Joseph, Sr. and Marie Bores; wife, Elna Bores; son, Albert Joseph Bores, III and his brother, Edmond Bores. He is survived by his son, Jonathan "Chopper" K. Bores (Terrie); grandchildren, Kellie Broadhead (Clay); great grandchildren, Aubrie Broadhead and Boyd Broadhead and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday, March 29, 2021 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home. A graveside service will be Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Oak Grove First Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Phil Hill officiating.
