Elmer Edward Fields
Elmer Edward "Bo" Fields of the Mud Creek Community, passed away on November 11, 2013 at the age of 88. He was an early pioneer in racing, traveling from Maine to Florida. He was a charter member of the Alabama Auto Racing Pioneers and was a Zamora Shriner, Oak Grove Masonic Lodge. He is preceded in death by wives; Irene Parsons Fields and Melba T. Marta. Parents; Reuel Fields (Viola) and Clara Grimes Fields Cotton (Johnny). Siblings; Charles L. Fields and Geraldine "Geri" Vaughn. Survived by, daughters; Ann Fields (Cowboy) , Jan Chunn (Sherman). Grandchildren; Cecil Chunn (Kim) and Clay Chunn. Great grandchildren; Adam and Steven Chunn. Numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Care giver Tracy Abney. "Hay partner and friend" Robert Wallace. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. with a memorial service to follow at 11:00A.M. at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Hueytown AL.
