Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal....Jim, you were one of my brothers
I am so sorry to hear that we have lost Jim. He is one of my heroes. His untiring efforts in
service of the 27th Engr Bn (C)(A) Assn. has meant the world to many of his "Brothers" from the Vietnam War era. May he rest in peace, and his family find comfort in our love for him.
Polly and Jennifer,
I am so sorry to hear about James. I was really looking forward to seeing you guys soon. I will always remember our trip to Lake Guntersville and you guys coming to Florida to visit. You are in my thoughts and prayers!!!!!
Man, we had some good times. Many days & nights on Smith Lake. National championship in the Sugar Bowl against Penn State. Still have pictures of you, Polly, Sue and myself with all our Bama garb on. You were a true friend and fishing buddy. Polly and Jennifer, I know you all were so blessed to have him in your lives as he was to have you in his. James, you will be so missed. Find us a lunker spot up there.
