Mary Carol King
age 78, of Pleasant Grove, AL, passed away on April 15, 2011. She was preceded in death by her father, Linwood Edward Gober; mother, Edith Donaldson Gober; sisters, JoAnn Lolly and Faye Watkins; brother, Jerry Gober; daughter, Sheila Lewis; son, Rusty Lewis; son-in-law, Tommy Martin. Survivors: son, Tommy Lewis (Diane); daughters, Emily Tucker (Buddy), Barbara Burroughs (Robert), and Pat Martin; sister, Polly Latham, 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Patterson-Forest Grove Funeral Home Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with burial in Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jerry Smith officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rev. Harvey Young, very special Dr. Terry Short and the nurses on 5 N and 5 W of Princeton Baptist Medical Center.
I am sorry for your loss. May looking forward to the fulfillment of these scriptures be of encouragement to you. Isaih 33:24, and 25:8,tell us that The God of Love will bring an end to sicknes and death. Gods son, Jesus Christ, while here on earth spoke about the resurrection hope.
